Full Journal pdf2008-04-13 House Journal Page 2977 HB 111 Representative Samuels moved and asked unanimous consent that the House consider the Senate message (page 2973) on the following: CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 111(FIN) "An Act decreasing the fee for a business license; relating to a civil fine for not having a current business license, to business license penalties under certain laws relating to financial institutions, occupational licensing, employment agencies, and taxation, and to the duration of certain business licenses; and providing for an effective date." and 2008-04-13 House Journal Page 2978 SENATE CS FOR CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 111(FIN) (same title) There being no objection, it was so ordered. Representative Samuels moved that the House concur in the Senate amendment to CSHB 111(FIN), thus adopting SCS CSHB 111(FIN). **The presence of Representative Nelson was noted. The question being: "Shall the House concur in the Senate amendment to CSHB 111(FIN)?" Representative Samuels moved and asked unanimous consent that the roll call on the passage of the bill be considered the roll call on the effective date clause. There being no objection, it was so ordered. The Chief Clerk notified the Senate. SCS CSHB 111(FIN) was referred to the Chief Clerk for enrollment.
